Pick what to work on with the Show menu — e.g. “Needs attention, not yet reviewed” lists only flagged jobs nobody has marked Reviewed.
Click a job to open it. The top box explains each flag in plain English and what to check. Below that, compare the three panels side by side: what the tech wrote, what was billed (MAT = material used, SVC = service line), and the options the tech built.
Flags come from two places. Plain flags are simple math on the ServiceTitan reports (e.g. PO cost vs. materials recorded). Flags marked ✦ come from Claude reading the write-up against the invoice. Both are pointers, not verdicts — confirm in ServiceTitan with the Open job / Open invoice buttons.
When you’re done with a job, click “Needs checked” to mark it Reviewed. It drops off the default list and the count at the top goes down.
Use the Technicians tab to spot patterns (e.g. one tech who rarely builds options), then click a name to see their jobs.
"Opportunity visits" are service calls, system checks and estimate visits where the tech should be presenting options (sold work, installs, non-repair, warranty and recall jobs are excluded). Technicians are grouped by the department most of their jobs fall in; the technician report compares each tech with the others in that department. Click a technician to see their jobs.
How this works: ServiceTitan records time for the whole visit, not each task. A visit counts toward a task when it was the only repair task billed (a system check or diagnosis may also be on it), so times include diagnosis and talking with the customer. Built from January 2026 onward; history before September is used only for these averages and never appears as jobs to review. Pick a department to see each technician. Green = 20%+ faster than the median, red = 20%+ slower; a technician needs 3+ jobs on a task to be shown.
